November Issue: Shop Small
This month’s Bottom Line, Shop Small, features ways in which we can support our local business community in anticipation of Small Business Saturday® coming up on November 28th. Now more than ever it is important to support our local community – with the holidays coming up, not only do we get to show our appreciation to our own families, friends and loved ones through gift-giving and celebration, but we can also rest assured we’re helping the individuals and families of business owners alike during these difficult times. With a lens on the special importance of family in the upcoming months, it’s important to support our community through being considerate and careful – in order to both support and protect our Lane County/Springfield businesses, we must take on the perspective of treating everyone around us the same way that we would treat our family, friends, or loved ones – with respect, care, and caution. With that being said, we encourage you to mask up and step out, or go online, and Shop Small®!
We have a great lineup of articles for you to read this month. Check out a special story from a local business on how he overcome challenging obstacles to reinvent his brand, find details on the Chamber’s plans to celebrate Shop Small (including a business listing page and an upcoming social media contest), recent business announcements, and more!
We hope you enjoy this issue of The Bottom Line.
