Catholic Community Services Announces New Staff Placements
The mission of CCS is to respond to Christ’s message to love our neighbors as ourselves.
Catholic Community Services offers immediate help by providing food and other assistance to anyone in need and seeks to instill hope by helping Lane County families take positive steps to move out of poverty.
In serving this mission, CCS has made the following additions to its staff:
Samantha Adams –Supportive Services Manager
Samantha has been with CCS for 10 years starting out at the Resource desk and working as a Case manager in various capacities. She now manages the Case Managers who provide help with rental assistance, housing, family support and more. “This is the only kind of work that I can imagine doing and enjoy spending my days with my CCS family.”
Chris Pickering – Operations Director
Chris has worked in Social Services for nearly 20 years. She started with CCS as a Housing Case Manager in 2009. She has also worked as Manager of the Eugene Community Service Center and Manager of Supportive Service Programs. Her passion is working with Veterans.
Stefani Roybal – Development Director
Stefani brings her experience of Campus Ministry, Catholic Education, and Development work to the team. She works with the team to host events, fundraisers, drives, and promote education about the services that CCS provides. She believes in empowering others to share their gifts with others.
