Member Profile: Dry Pro

When an unexpected emergency strikes at home, knowing where to turn can be overwhelming. That’s where Dry Pro steps in. With 24-hour emergency water removal and specialized restoration services, they help homeowners recover quickly – often restoring properties to better-than-before conditions. To learn more about Dry Pro and their commitment to excellence, the Springfield Chamber sat down with owner Justin Quick for an inside look at their work.
Tell us a little about Dry Pro.
Founded in 2012, I joined the team in 2017 as the reconstruction manager, where I played a key role in developing our restoration and construction departments. On January 1, 2024, I had the privilege of purchasing the company from the original owner. We’re a small, dedicated, IICRC-certified team of seven employees, specializing in 24-hour emergency water removal, crawlspace cleanup, asbestos testing, mold remediation, restoration, and construction. I’m excited to bring a personal touch to an already successful business and look forward to the next chapter of growth and success.
How did you get started in your industry?
I’ve always had a passion for construction and the satisfaction of seeing how things can be fixed, improved, or built from the ground up. Alongside that, I’ve always been deeply committed to customer service and helping others. So, when the opportunity arose, it was an easy decision to join the Dry Pro team. I saw it as the perfect way to bring my unique skills to an industry that allows me to continue building, restoring, and improving people’s most important asset: their home.
What services do you offer, and what makes Dry Pro unique?
At Dry Pro, we offer a wide range of services, including:

- 24-hour emergency water removal
- Crawlspace cleanup
- Asbestos testing
- Mold remediation
- Restoration
- Construction
What sets Dry Pro apart is our ability to manage each project from start to finish. As a smaller, dedicated team, our size is actually a strength – it allows us to oversee each project from the initial emergency call all the way through to the final stages of reconstruction. At Dry Pro, we take great pride in building strong, trust-based relationships with our referral partners, always prioritizing their customers’ best interests. This hands-on approach allows us to ensure quality control at every step, providing a personalized experience that larger companies can’t always match.
What do you like most about your work?
What I enjoy most about my work is the satisfaction of solving problems and making a real difference in people’s lives. Whether it’s helping them through a stressful water damage situation, restoring their home, or improving their living space, there’s a unique sense of fulfillment in seeing a project through from start to finish. I also love the personal connections we build with customers and referral partners –helping others while being able to work in a hands-on, impactful way is what makes this industry so rewarding for me.
Any advice for others?
My advice would be to always stay curious and never stop learning. The construction and restoration industries are constantly evolving, and being adaptable and open to new techniques or technologies will keep you ahead of the curve. Also: focus on building strong relationships and putting people first – whether it’s your team, customers, or referral partners. Trust and communication are the foundation of any successful business. Lastly, embrace challenges as opportunities for growth – every project, no matter how difficult, is a chance to improve your skills and make a real impact.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I’d just like to say how grateful I am for the opportunity to lead Dry Pro and for the incredible team we’ve built. Our success is a result of the dedication and hard work of everyone involved, and I’m excited about the future of our business. As we continue to grow, my goal is to maintain the high standards we’ve set while adding a personal touch that makes us stand out even more. We’re always here to help, and I look forward to the chance to work with more amazing people and help restore and improve their homes.
