Southwest Airlines Adds Nonstop Flight Between Eugene Airport and San José, California Starting June 5th, 2022

Starting on June 5th Southwest Airlines will begin new nonstop service between Mineta San José International Airport (SJC) and the Eugene Airport (EUG). The new flight will operate on a Boeing 737-700 with 143 seats. The scheduled flight times (all times local) are as follows (flight times are subject to change): 

EUG to SJC: 12:35 pm – 2:10 pm 

SJC to EUG: 11:25 am – 12:55 pm 

“The addition of service to Mineta San José International Airport provides more nonstop travel options for the people in our region,” said Eugene Airport Director Cathryn Stephens, A.A.E. “We have a strong partnership with Southwest Airlines and are excited for the new flight between EUG and SJC.” 

San José is the third-most populous city in California and is home to Silicon Valley, the world-renowned center of innovation. The new service constitutes Southwest’s fourth nonstop destination from Eugene and is the airline’s twenty-sixth destination from Mineta San José International Airport.
