Spring Open House Brings Chamber Members Together

On Tuesday, April 30th, the Springfield Chamber held its first Open House of the year. Over 80 local business professionals filled the depot for an early evening of food, drink, and conversation. Food was catered by Vinnie’s Smoking’ BBQ, and drinks donated by Plank Town Brewing Company and Silvan Ridge Winery.

Chamber CEO and President, Vonnie Mikkelsen, along with Nick Nelson, Executive Committee Member and Chair of Membership Committee, thanked Chamber supporters, welcomed new members, shared recent wins, and previewed upcoming events. Raffle prizes were generously donated by Oregon Pacific Bank, Oishii Sushi, and Three Rivers Casino Resort. The gathering was sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, with representative Jennifer Jordan in attendance.
