Member Profile: Alpine Wash Pros

Alpine Wash Pros, led by owner Jason Manis, provides professional exterior cleaning solutions for homes and businesses across Lane County – from roof and gutter cleaning to pressure washing and even holiday lights. The Springfield Chamber spoke with Jason about how a desire to help others, provide for his family, and inspire his kids helped turn a part-time gig into a full-time passion, and why customer care is still at the heart of everything he does.

Tell us a little about Alpine Wash Pros
This started off as a side hustle while working at Costco in the meat department. I quickly realized that I enjoyed meeting new people and taking care of tasks they couldn’t do safely or didn’t have time for. Everything took off once I committed to building this side hustle into a business that would provide for my family.

How did you get started in your industry?
Alpine Wash Pros was started to prove to my kids that no matter what you do, if you give it your all, you can make things happen. Even if this endeavor doesn’t work out, it’s not a failure; it’s a life lesson that will make me better for the next chapter in my life.

What services do you offer and what makes Alpine Wash Pros unique?
We offer roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, houser washing, pressure washing, wood cleaning, graffiti removal, window cleaning, concrete sealing, deck/fence sealing and Christmas lights for both residential and commercial. Going into this winter, our focus will be roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and letting folks know about our Christmas lights hanging services!

What do you like most about your work?
I really enjoy the estimate process. Meeting with the customer and getting to know them is a by far my favorite part. It’s exciting! My favorite thing to clean is red brick retaining walls or pillars. The transformation from them being dirty to clean always puts a smile on my face.

Any advice for others?
Grind and market yourself. Never stay in your comfort zone, always be pushing yourself to be uncomfortable because this is how we grow in anything we do.

Anything else you’d like to share?
We stand by our work. If you’re not happy with how something turned out we want to make it right. It’s important to us that our customers are happy – not just with hiring us, but after the job is complete.
