Integral to the conversation around economic development is the topic of land use. Each city’s and state’s development code has direct implications on the types and amounts of housing and commercial space we can create. During LunchVox: Development Unpacked, we’ll be joined by three experts in the field of development to discuss the historical context of Oregon’s land use system, how the development code for the City of Springfield is evolving, and how this impacts future development projects. As representatives of business and community we are invested in continued growth of our economy. Join the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce on Friday, February 14th for an informed conversation on the local impacts of development code and legislation.
