We believe in a Springfield where every neighbor feels safe, supported, and free to participate fully in community life through access to services, education, and public spaces.

This means protecting the well-being of our students, families, workers, and elders through thoughtful service, fair treatment, and continued strong collaboration with community partners.

Team Springfield is a partnership between four Springfield organizations, the City of Springfield, Springfield Public Schools, Springfield Utility Board, and Willamalane Park and Recreation District. Together, these partners collaborate to enhance the quality of life in Springfield by regularly sharing ideas and resources to create projects that benefit the community.
