As Lane County’s COVID-19 risk level has changed throughout 2021, businesses have adapted and become flexible to changing guidelines. Often, meetings and events have moved to digital platforms. These platforms have provided a host of benefits for meeting with easy screen sharing, cutting down on necessary travel around town, and allowing for flexible group sizes. 

However, many businesses, organizations, events are safely reincorporating safe and successful in-person meetings. Face-to-face interaction carries an energy that digital meetings often lack, and with opportunities for in-person meetings on the horizon many in the event space industry are planning for a safe return.

Are the meeting spaces at the facility currently open for in-person meetings? If so, what capacity can you serve?

•  We are following all state mandated guidelines for number of people that can meet. We have 30,000 square feet of meeting space here at the hotel and plenty of space for groups to social distance while meeting.

What technology is available for hosting digital or hybrid meetings?

• We work with the third party, in house vendor, AVMS to all AV needs for groups!

• Forty-five people with current 6-feet social distancing guidelines are in place.

• Conference Phones and compatible A/V equipment and surround sound. Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions features an expansive portfolio of hotels with the necessary bandwidth capability and trained Hilton Team Members prepared to help you produce a successful, small hybrid event
