Willamalane Seeks Community Input on Tyson Park Redevelopment

Survey Open Through March 7. Open House Meeting on February 28.

Willamalane Park and Recreation District is seeking community input to help shape the updates at Tyson Park (3405 E St, Springfield, OR, 97478). Through Willamalane’s 2023 Comprehensive Plan, Tyson Park was identified as a high priority for redevelopment. 

Community members can provide feedback about potential improvements to the park as well as three park design concepts for review through a survey in English or Spanish. The deadline to submit feedback is March 7, 2024.

Willamalane will also hold an open house meeting about the project on February 28. Community members can join to learn more about the project and ask the Willamalane team questions. English and Spanish-speaking staff will be present.
