How did Molina Leadership and Business Development Solutions begin, and what is your goal when working with a client?

Molina Leadership & Business Development began with a dream of helping others growing in the realm of the greatest commodity needed in any community at any time. That commodity is the growth of Leadership Capacity. When I work with a client the goal is to help that individual become the most effective, skilled leader they can possibly be. 

How can businesses maintain client confidence through the phases of the reopening process? How do you see your organization leading and communicating during community reopening? 

A business can help maintain client confidence during the reopening of the economy by being visible, available, responsive and communicative. My primary source of communication will be via the social media platform of Facebook. 

Have you gained any new insight on your own leadership, and do you foresee any newly implemented methods sticking around into the future?

In this time of pandemic I have discovered that I must model leadership that is responsive to communicating vital information to help keep our community properly, timely and duly informed with relevant, useful, practical and critical information. I see that awareness being at the forefront of all of my strategies moving forward.

What innovations and/or wins has your organization had or seen during this time?

Innovations and wins have been the timely interviews of business leaders, community leaders, candidates for political office. Also, conducting candidate forums via Zoom have been a major gift to the community in helping them remain aware of their choices with their vote.
