Leaders in the Springfield/Eugene community are invited to elevate their capabilities and foster thriving work cultures. The Leader Collective Series empowers leaders at all levels to become more effective and influential figures within their organizations. By providing practical insights and strategies, attendees will learn to navigate complex challenges, inspire teams, and drive meaningful change.

In addition to the quarterly 90-minute in-person sessions, Leader Collective will host virtual follow-up sessions between each in-person quarterly Series. These one-hour sessions will help leaders to translate the knowledge gained from the previous series into actionable plans and to prepare for the upcoming live sessions.

This initiative is part of a national effort to empower and equip leaders across various communities. In conjunction with its launch in Springfield/Eugene, Leader Collective will expand to additional locations this spring in California, Ohio, Georgia, and Oklahoma, as well as in Portland.

More than 50 people attended the initial launch of Leader Collective Series February 15th at Graduate Eugene

Katie Brown, Founder of Scorpion Creek Ranch, attended Leader Collective Series and said, “This event exceeded my expectations. And my expectations were high. I have already raved to multiple people about the Leader Collective Series, encouraging anyone who wants to improve their leadership, culture, and relationships, in any area of life, to attend this ongoing opportunity.”

Graduate Eugene serves as a title sponsor for the Leader Collective Series. “We believe that investing in leadership development is key to creating thriving communities and organizations,” said George Rogers, General Manager at Graduate Eugene. “The Leader Collective Series offers a unique opportunity for leaders to gain practical insights, connect with peers, and drive positive change within their spheres of influence. I am excited to have my team participate.”

Don’t miss this chance to join a community of dedicated leaders committed to excellence and growth. Register for the next Leader Collective Series virtual session on March 7th, which will feature guest speaker Suzi Lantz from Canton, Ohio, who will share how they’re implementing Leader Collective in their community.
