Nonprofit Member ARC Lane County has some big and exciting new coming up. Right now they are in a capital campaign for a 2.5 million dollar park right here in Springfield. They have been working on this for three years and now in May 2020 they will be breaking ground. Before that happens, they want to include the community in on a discussion to get community support and input.

Community Visioning Workshops

MISSION: Create a safe and inclusive community park that will foster friendships, personal growth, learning, and fun for people of all abilities.

People of all abilities deserve a chance to play, socialize, and imagine. The Arc Lane County is committed to the development of the Arc Park. Our goal is to create a space that provides everyone the opportunity to play, regardless of age, ability and background. The Arc Park will have features where everyone can find something of interest – play structures, sensory wall, community village and all the wonders of the outdoors in a safely enclosed space.
