This past January, Wayfair, one of the world’s largest online destinations for the home, announced the opening of a new sales and service center in Springfield. Wayfair will hire for more than 600 full-time customer service, sales, human resources and management roles in the new location as it continues to scale its award-winning customer service operations to meet the needs of its rapidly growing customer base.

Wayfair is scheduled to open its doors for operation later this summer, with hiring already taking place.
