Engineer It: Exploring Ancient Technologies

An on-demand virtual program for families from Springfield Public Library and the Museum of Natural and Cultural History

Springfield Public Library is offering a free on-demand family program in partnership with the Museum of Natural and Cultural History (University of Oregon). Kids can explore ancient technologies used by Oregon’s early inhabitants. View the program at your convenience from the Library’s YouTube channel at youtube.com/wheremindsgrow. Continue the learning with take-home activity kits, available while supplies last. To get your kit, come to the library during regular curbside pick-up times, 1-3 p.m., Monday through Saturday, then call the library from the parking lot and tell them you here to pick up a kit. We’ll bring it to you!

From regular virtual storytimes to homework help, from book clubs to special events, there’s still a lot to do at Springfield Public Library! Follow the Library on Facebook, check out the online Library calendar, or call at 541.726.3766 for more information.
