Elora Kelsh promoted to Manager, Marketing & Communications
Elora Kelsh has earned her stripes and a well-deserved promotion to Manager, Marketing and Communications. Hired in March of 2019 as our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Elora walked in with a strong set of creative and technical competencies. She came on board just about the time we were rolling out our signature publication – The Springfield Magazine+Directory – and launching a new digital news platform, SpringfieldBottomLine.com. Elora delivered on high expectations for both. She impressed us then, and every day since, with her uniquely humble confidence, quality work, and a willingness to grow and learn. These attributes alongside her reliability, professionalism, initiative, and teamplay demonstrate she is ready take on new responsibilities in service to the Chamber and Chamber members.
Elora will manage existing marketing and communications assets – The Magazine, The Bottom Line, The Member Connect, and our sales and program collateral – and will serve as staff lead to the Brand Identity Ad Hoc Committee 2020. In order to grow and excel in this new role, Elora will be attending as many Chamber committee meetings as possible, gaining a broader knowledge and awareness of the Chamber’s value proposition and strengthening her connection with members to enhance her effectiveness in this role.
