The Infrastructure and Safe Streets subcommittees of The Springfield Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) will meet jointly at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 1 via Zoom. The meeting will focus on implementing the 2021-2022 BPAC Work Plan items, including bike fix-it stations, bike parking upgrades, bike share expansion initiatives, bicycle and pedestrian service request tool promotion, pedestrian network inventory, and Safe Streets audit initiatives.

Background
The Springfield Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee was established in 2011 and is a volunteer body that advises the Springfield City Council and City staff on bicycle and pedestrian matters in the city.

The Committee consists of nine voting members and four liaison non-voting members who meet on the second Tuesday of every other month, or as needed. Committee recruitment typically occurs in autumn each year. More committee information is available on the committee webpage
