Kaiser Permanente Growing to Meet Lane County Needs

Kaiser Permanente is expanding its team and enhancing patient services to better meet the needs of the Lane County community. Kaiser is proud to welcome three new providers to its Chase Gardens Medical Office team: Zoe McCracken-Schroeder, MD; Lauren Dallas, MD; and Erik Bayona, MD/Psychiatrist (part-time) will join the team.

They join Kaiser Permanente’s Chase Gardens team which includes Mark Mueller, M.D.; Mary Loeb, M.D.; Jessica Lohff-Phillips, D.O.; David Witkin, M.D.; Gyorgy Pataki, M.D.; Julie Berman, M.D.; Denise Carpenter, NP; Camille Moore, NP; and Erik Metzger, part-time Behavioral Health Consultant.

Kaiser Permanente is also increasing its member services to offer additional local, personalized support for members in Lane County. In addition, members have access to primary care services at all PeaceHealth locations as well as 700+ local specialists through networked partnerships. 

Since opening in Lane County in 2016 with three primary care physicians, Kaiser Permanente has grown to serve more than 11,000 members in Lane County. In 2020, Kaiser Permanente opened a new medical facility that doubled the number of exam rooms and expanded imaging, pharmacy and on-site lab services. Kaiser Permanente also offers general dentistry and urgent and emergency dental services at its Valley River Dental Office
