Willamalane Announces Megga Hunt at Lively Park March 30
UPDATED March 27, 2024: Megga Hunt, Springfield’s largest annual egg hunt event, is this Saturday, March 30 at Lively Park. Pre-registration is required for anyone aged two and older who will be hunting eggs. Registration is not required for people who will not be hunting eggs. There is no day-of registration available.
The event will feature competitive hunts for children aged two and older, a toddler hunt for children ages one and younger, an inclusive non-competitive hunt, an adaptive non-competitive hunt, and family adventure hunts. Each hunt offers a unique experience for participants. There will also be hands-on activities, balloon animals, train rides, photo booths, music, and community exhibitors.

Get ready to have an eggcellent time at Willamalane’s Megga Hunt on March 30 at Lively Park! The annual Megga Hunt is open to all ages and abilities and will take place on Saturday, March 30, 2024.
Registration for Megga Hunt is open now. It costs $6 in-district or $8 out-of-district for children aged two and older. Pre-registration is required for anyone aged two and older who will be hunting eggs. Registration is not required for people who will not be hunting eggs. There is no day-of registration available. Family adventure hunts have different pricing, and pre-registration is required.

Concessions will be available at the event, including Dawn’s Most Wanted Espresso and hot drinks and snacks.
