Kernutt Stokes’ Haley Lyons Selected to Serve on NASBA’s Board of Directors

Haley Lyons, CPA and partner at accounting and business consulting firm Kernutt Stokes, has been selected as the Pacific regional director of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA)’s 2024-25 Board of Directors.

NASBA is the leading organization for the nation’s Boards of Accountancy, which administer the CPA Examination, license nearly 672,000 certified public accountants, and regulate the practice of public accountancy in the United States. Lyons is one of only 16 CPAs chosen to serve on the prestigious NASBA board. She is also the current chair of the Oregon State Board of Accountancy.

At Kernutt Stokes, Lyons leads the firm’s Virtual Accounting department, providing both client accounting services and accounting software solutions. She joined the firm in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Oregon State University.
