Leadercore Series Provides Opportunity for Community Leaders to Apply Advanced Leadership Skills
Leaders in the Springfield-Eugene community are invited to elevate their capabilities and foster thriving work cultures. The Leadercore Series empowers leaders at all levels to become more effective and influential figures within their organizations. By providing practical insights and strategies, attendees will learn to navigate complex challenges, inspire teams, and drive meaningful change.
This initiative is part of a national effort to empower and equip leaders across various communities. In conjunction with its launch in Springfield-Eugene, Leadercore will expand to additional locations throughout the United States – including Nashville, Tennessee, and Norman, Oklahoma – next month.
Graduate Eugene serves as a title sponsor for the Leadercore Series. More than 50 people attended the initial launch of Leadercore Series on February 15th at the downtown Eugene hotel.
“We believe that investing in leadership development is key to creating thriving communities and organizations. The Leadercore Series offers a unique opportunity for leaders to gain practical insights, connect with peers, and drive positive change within their spheres of influence. I am excited to have my team participate.”
– George Rogers, General Manager, Graduate Eugene
In addition to the quarterly 90-minute in-person sessions, Leadercore will host virtual follow-up sessions that bring together Leadercore participants from around the country. This gives participants an opportunity to connect with others and translate the knowledge gained from the live sessions into actionable plans.
Katie Brown, Founder of Scorpion Creek Ranch, attended the Leadercore Series and said, “This event exceeded my expectations. And my expectations were high. I have already raved to multiple people about the Leadercore Series, encouraging anyone who wants to improve their leadership, culture, and relationships, in any area of life, to attend this ongoing opportunity.”
Cascade Health’s Sarah-Kate Sharkey, Director of Foundation and Marketing, shared her experience. “Our leadership team attended The Communication Code and obtained some real insights. It’s helpful to have a common language that hopefully will help us to better meet each other’s needs and build trust. The GiANT team did a great job presenting the information in a digestible way and being present and receptive to the group’s reflections and questions.”
Don’t miss this chance to join a community of dedicated leaders committed to excellence and growth. Register for the next Leadercore Series session at Graduate Eugene on May 16th from 8:00-10:00am. Please contact Andrew Robinson if you have any questions.
