LTD’s Customer Service Center Fully Open

EUGENE, Ore.—(July 2, 2021)—Lane Transit District (LTD) has reopened the lobby and public restrooms in the Customer Service Center in the Eugene Station at 1080 Willamette Street, effective immediately. Federal regulations require all passengers and members of the public to continue wearing a face mask over the nose and mouth when on LTD property and on its buses.

After announcing a limited reopening of the Eugene Station Customer Service Center on June 29, the lobby seating area, restrooms and ATM at the Eugene Station are now available to LTD passengers and the public from 7a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. Customer Service staff are available to provide information Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Information about the Customer Service Center can be found here: https://www.ltd.org/customer-service-center.

In addition, passengers using tap cards compatible with both TouchPass and Umo Mobility are available for purchase at the LTD Customer Service Center from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each reloadable tap card is $3. Tap cards are activated by setting up an account at UmoPass.com. Passengers can then purchase a bus pass or add value to their Umo Mobility cash account for future fare purchases.
