New Year Message From 2021 Springfield Board of Realtors® President Becki Trowbridge…

Springfield, Oregon, January 7, 2021. Welcome to 2021! Whew – we made it – and this year has great potential! We wrapped up our Strategic Planning session with your new Springfield Board of Realtors® officers on December 17th and we accomplished much. Our Motto is, and has been, “Where members come first”. As we move into 2021, we have developed a Mission Statement, Core Values, and strategies to accomplish those values. Our Mission Statement reads: “We serve our members and community through Connection, Learning, Engagement, Advocacy and Resources in a welcoming and collaborative environment.” Our Core Values are very “CLEAR” in this statement. 

We have some exciting education and designation opportunities for 2021 as well. Our annual OREF forms update class is being held online with a variety of available dates 

for registration at https://orefonline.com/. Those classes are available beginning January 7th. The Springfield Board along with Oregon Realtors will be offering special designation opportunities beginning with the “Senior Real Estate Specialist” starting on February 22nd with many more designation classes to come including “ABR Designation”, “At Home with Diversity”, “Risk Management” and more. 

We are so fortunate to be a part of this great Board of Realtors® in Springfield, Oregon. This year has so much potential for our industry as we continue to work together and serve others wherever we find ourselves. Thank you for your commitment to this community.
