Letter from Reynolds Specialty Contracting
To our valued community members,
I simply wanted to reach out and let you know that we at Reynolds Specialty Contracting—Reynolds Electric, Kevin Cohen Plumbing, and Accurate Underground—are continuing to actively monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on the health and finances of every member of our community. As a fellow member of your community and a father, I am prioritizing the health of community members while acknowledging that electrical and plumbing emergencies rarely wait for a convenient time to strike. With our team of “Second Responders,” we have established measures to be able to safely meet your electrical and plumbing emergencies. We will be there when the lights go out or when you’re in need of hot water, just as we have been for more than 40 years.
Not only have we implemented increased hygiene, sanitization, and social distancing policies in accordance with Governor Brown’s Executive Order 20-12, but we have also developed procedures that we would desire ourselves as homeowners and commercial project managers. Our goal in implementing these policies is to keep everyone safe while providing you with some additional peace of mind should you require plumbing and/or electrical service during this pandemic. Furthermore, we know that the Coronavirus has had a financial impact upon many, and as a result, we have decreased our rates to better serve you in your time of need.
We are committed to you, our customers and community members. We are truly in this together, and, here at Reynolds, we will do everything in our power to partner with you through these trying times. Please do not hesitate to contact our team with any questions, and check out covid19.rscbuild.com for more information about our efforts to keep the community safe while continuing to service their needs.
Sincerely,
Jeremy Reynolds, Owner
