Office of Small Business Assistance
The Small Business Advocate has a two fold mission. First, to provide basic information and connection with resources to those starting, growing or winding down a business. Second, to assist entrepreneurs who believe they’ve been subject to unreasonable or unfair state regulatory actions.
This includes: investigations, excessive fines, penalties, threats, other enforcement by a state agency.
