Who says you can’t make your living room a dance floor?
The Irish Echo St. Patrick’s Day celebration and sing-along has been a key fundraiser supporting Catholic Community Services of Lane County programs like OASIS: a daytime relief program for homeless families with children in Springfield.
In years past, the annual party has brought together a community of supporters from churches, schools, and businesses while The Irish Echo, an Irish-themed musical group, performed traditional Irish music and pop/rock favorites while guest enjoyed Irish food, drink, dancing, and laughter.
It was a difficult decision to cancel the event in 2020, not only because it is a big fundraiser, but because it is a much anticipated evening of fun for many people. This year, we invite you wear your best green, log on, and enjoy the music you have loved over the years in the comfort of your own home. Filmed at Wildish Theater, the concert is free and will be streamed from March 12th to 20th. Donations may be made at the same site as the link to view concert; https://www.ccslc.org/irish.
