LunchVox LIVE: Leaders Forum

In the first ever digital LunchVox series event, industry and business leaders from a wide variety of sectors, who are also Chamber board members participated in a panel discussion and Q&A with Chamber members. Sponsored by Chambers Construction, this leaders forum was designed to connect chamber members and keep the fiber of the Springfield business community strong.

The five community leaders and Springfield Chamber Board of Directors members who participated in this panel were: Charlie Kimball, CFO of Murphy Company and current Board Chair. Nancy Bigley with Oregon Medical Group and past Board Chair. Liz Dahlager, VP of Market Intelligence with Mereté Hotel Management. Nick Nelson with Keller Williams; and Jon Kloor, Community Affairs Manager with NW Natural.

Board members gave a check in on the status of their business, as well as observations on their various industries. They reflected on the role of the Chamber, especially during a time of economic change and stress. The panelists then took questions from the Chamber members which ranged in topic, but all focusing on the local impact of COVID-19 and the upcoming recovery effort.
