Tyree Oil Acquires Commercial Fuel and Lubricants Division of Colvin Oil

Tyree Oil expands to bring increased service to Southwest Oregon
Medford— 12-19-2019 — Today Colvin Oil, a division of the Andretti Group, and Tyree Oil announce that Tyree has acquired the Colvin Oil Commercial Tankwagon Fuel and Lubricants business in order to expand its market share in Southern Oregon and to better serve its existing customers. Colvin Oil has a proud history of serving its customers over the years and Tyree will utilize Colvin Oil existing branches in Medford, Grants Pass and Brookings to continue to serve Colvin Oil local customers.
The Andretti Group is retaining all assets and operations of GP Energy Retail Fuel/Convenience stores, Wholesale Fuels business, Cardlock/Fleetcard Fueling, and Arrows Logistics/Transportation that currently operate throughout the west coast.
Founded in 1988, Tyree is one of the leading lubricant distributors in the Pacific Northwest for Chevron, Phillips 66 and Petro Canada products. The company also offers commercial and alternative fuels, solvents, DEF and a verity of related products. Tyree is headquartered in Eugene with offices in Roseburg, Coos Bay, Reedsport, Tigard, and Portland. Tyree has continued to expand their Oregon based family owned business over the past 32 years and now serves customers from Northern California to Southwestern Washington and Central Oregon.
