The hotel garnered two Gold ratings: Best Hotel and Best Sportsbook in the Best of Willamette Valley. The venue’s live music program was also honored with a Silver award. Three Rivers is consistently evolving to boost the guest experience. Teresa Spangler has worked with the casino since its inception and is also a member of the Confederated Tribes. Teresa says she started as a Club Rep and is now the Director of Guest Services. “I feel like I have lifelong friends that are like family; this includes team members and guests. Our goal is to create an environment you want to work in, and we have a lot of different areas for our team members to find their passion.”
