Duck Football and Labor Day Reminders
EUGENE, Ore. —(Aug. 24, 2021)–– Lane Transit District (LTD) reminds Duck football fans that LTD buses will be operating on regular Saturday schedules during University of Oregon football season and will not offer shuttle service to or from Autzen Stadium.
During the Duck football season, the University of Oregon has contracted with private-bus carrier First Student to provide football fans with game day bus service to the stadium from various park and ride locations throughout the area. Questions about Duck football bus services, including park and ride locations, can be directed to the UO Athletic Department here.
On Duck football game days, fans are also encouraged to ride LTD’s EmX from the Eugene or Springfield stations, exiting at Agate Station, and then take a short walk north across Franklin Blvd. and the Frohnmayer Bridge to the stadium.
LTD also reminds passengers that on Labor Day, buses will operate on Sunday service schedules. LTD bus schedules are here.
The LTD Customer Service Center and administrative offices will be closed on Labor Day.
Federal regulations require that passengers riding LTD buses or other public transportation must wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth on District buses and on LTD property.
