Industrial Finishes & Systems Personnel Announcement: Sue Slaughter Nichols

Industrial Finishes & Systems is proud to announce that Sue Slaughter Nichols has accepted the role of Human Resources Manager.

Sue was previously the CEO and Founder of HR Essentials & Solutions and has been consulting with Industrial Finishes over the past year.  She is a Senior Certified HR Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) as well as holds a Certificate of Human Resource Management (CHRP) from Linfield College.  For over 25 years Sue has enjoyed Directing and Managing HR Team Members, in all areas of HR/Benefits.  She presently is serving on the Lane County Human Resources Association Board and is a past President of the Springfield Chamber Board.  Sue continues to keep current on HR Legal, Best Practices and Leadership skills.
