Springfield Public Library and History Museum Invites Community to Help Shape Future Services

The Springfield Public Library and History Museum is inviting community members to help shape the future of library and museum services by participating in its 2026 User Survey.
The survey will help inform future priorities for programs, collections, exhibits, services, and community initiatives. Feedback is welcomed from everyone, including frequent visitors, occasional users, and residents who have never visited the Library or History Museum.
“We want to hear from everyone in our community. The Library and History Museum exist to serve the people of Springfield. Whether you visit us every week or have never walked through our doors, your perspective matters. This survey is an opportunity for residents to tell us what is most important to them and help shape the future of these community resources.”
– Emily David, Director, Springfield Public Library and History Museum
The survey takes approximately five to 10 minutes to complete and will remain open through August 15, 2026. Community members can complete the survey online here. Additional information about the Springfield Public Library and History Museum is available here.
The Library and History Museum encourage participation from residents of all ages and backgrounds. Every response will help ensure services remain welcoming, accessible, and responsive to the evolving needs of the Springfield community.
For more information about the survey, please email or call Emily David, Director of the Springfield Public Library and Museum.
