Salt & Straw is excited to announce 5 new delicious flavors!

Each January, Salt & Straw launches a series of flavors to explore delicious, exciting and incredibly indulgent flavors that just so happen to be vegan and dairy-free.

The new series features five flavors as elevated renditions of our favorite classic desserts. From silky red velvet cake, to chewy chocolate chip cookies dunked in creamy oat milk, and bananas set ablaze in a syrupy rum sauce – these are Americana staples in their most decadent form. Drop your inhibitions and indulge in their most luxurious lineup yet, which just so happens to be dairy-free!


Bananas Foster (v)

A luscious banana caramel spiced with rum and molasses swirled throughout a delicate banana-infused ice cream


Chocolate Sorbet (v)

Dark cocoa powders mixed with rich chocolate to create a velvety ganache blended into a sorbet with a dash of flaky salt


Toasted oak Milk & Cookies (v)

Chocolate chip cookies dunked into a silky cinnamon spiked vanilla oat milk ice cream with hunks of ultra-rich chocolate ganache


Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge (v)

Creamy coconut vanilla ice cream drizzled with a housemade semi-sweet caramel fudge swirl then flecked with shards of peanut butter brittle


Red Velvet Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting (v)

Bits of spongy red velvet cake infused in coconut ice cream swirled with red velvet batter and topped with hunks of red velvet cake slathered in tangy cream cheese frosting
