The World Atheltics Championships is only a month away! Spectators from more than 37 countries have purchased tickets, and over 2,000 athletes from over 200 nations will be coming to town to compete for their World Champion title.

On Sunday, July 17th and Monday, July 18th between the hours of 6:00 and 9:00 am, the World Athletics Championships Oregon22 Marathon is taking place and many Springfield businesses will be on the route.
