Tell us a little about Visions of Value Bookkeeping, LLC
Visions of Value Bookkeeping, LLC helps small business owners reclaim their time and eliminate administrative stress. By taking over the day-to-day financial operations, owners can focus entirely on running and growing their companies.
Launched in September 2025, my bookkeeping practice goes far beyond basic data entry. I take the time to deeply understand your operations and financial goals, tailoring my services to fit the unique rhythm of your business.
I bring a combined 30+ years of experience in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors, allowing me to understand the specific terminology, process flows, and demands of both. I bridge the gap between complex billing, strict compliance, and rigorous supply chain tracking. Having held operational roles from assembler to buyer—and working directly in patient care and materials management—I intimately know how physical inventory and patient care translate to your bottom line.
While I specialize in healthcare and manufacturing, my services are designed to support and streamline financials for small businesses across all industries.
How did you get started in your industry?
I got my start in bookkeeping after a fulfilling 20-year career as a certified surgical technologist. Throughout my time in healthcare, I balanced clinical patient advocacy with operations, taking on roles in risk management, quality control, materials management, and purchasing. I frequently collaborated with management, vendors, and accounting teams to ensure we had exactly what we needed to deliver exceptional care for our patients and providers.
In June 2025, I transitioned out of healthcare to launch my own bookkeeping business. I realized that the same meticulous attention to detail, strategic planning, and hands-on advocacy I used to protect my patients could be applied to protecting and growing a business’s financial health.
Having worked deeply in both healthcare and manufacturing, I bring a unique, insider’s understanding of how these businesses operate. I view my client relationships as true partnerships, working closely with both the owners and their CPAs to bridge the gap between daily bookkeeping and long-term strategic success.
What services do you offer and what makes Visions of Value Bookkeeping, LLC different?
The bookkeeping services I offer are accounts receivable/payable, catch-up/clean-up services, customized financial reporting, project tracking, job costing, inventory tracking, purchase order management, and 1099 filing.
What do you like most about your work?
I love sitting down with business owners to uncover their unique challenges and goals, then crafting custom bookkeeping solutions to match. Because I intentionally keep my practice small and selective, I can dedicate the focused time and energy every account deserves. My motto is — and always will be — “quality over quantity.” I take pride in building long-term partnerships and delivering the highest level of service to my clients.
Any advice for others?
My biggest piece of advice is to prioritize building genuine relationships over immediate sales. Actively engage in local committee work, show up consistently to networking events, and look for mutual mentorship opportunities. When the local community gets to know, like, and trust you, the referrals will naturally follow.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I am looking forward to getting to know other Chamber members and building strong relationships within our community.
