Kernutt Stokes to Combine with Fordham & Co and Expand Portland-Area Presence

Kernutt Stokes, LLP announced today that Fordham & Co LLP, a Hillsboro-based accounting firm serving businesses and individuals throughout the Portland metro area for more than 50 years, will be joining the firm. Effective July 1, Fordham & Co will join Kernutt Stokes and operate as one firm under the Kernutt Stokes name.

The combination will expand Kernutt Stokes’ presence in the Portland market and brings together two Oregon-based firms with a shared commitment to responsive client service, local decision-making, and helping privately held businesses succeed.

With the integration of the Hillsboro office, Kernutt Stokes now has five offices across Oregon and a team of more than 110 employees, including 14 partners.

Fordham & Co was founded more than 50 years ago and has served generations of businesses and families in the Hillsboro community and throughout the greater Portland and Vancouver, Washington area. Partners Katie Eyre, CPA and Blair Walker, CPA will join the Kernutt Stokes partner group.
