Tell us a little about Flow Billing Solutions.
Flow Billing Solutions was founded with a simple goal: to bring clarity, organization, and consistency to the financial and organizational side of running a business. With over 20 years of business leadership and management experience, along with an MBA in Healthcare Administration, I’ve seen firsthand how even the most dedicated providers and business owners can struggle, not because they aren’t excellent at what they do, but because the systems behind billing, collections, and operations become overwhelming.
That’s where Flow Billing Solutions comes in.
What services do you offer and what makes Flow Billing Solutions different?
We partner with businesses to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to their financial and operational systems. Our work includes accounts receivable and payable management, cleanup and recovery, invoicing, and building processes that support long-term stability and growth. We also develop organizational structure, workflows, and HR policies to help businesses run more efficiently and confidently.
For our trusted healthcare providers, we offer full revenue cycle management, including credentialing and payer setup, ensuring systems are accurate, compliant, and built to perform at the highest level.

With a background that spans both operations and executive leadership, I bring a big-picture perspective that allows us to quickly identify breakdowns, fix inefficiencies, and create systems that actually work long-term. What do you like most about your work?
The most rewarding part of this work is bringing order to something that feels overwhelming. Whether it’s cleaning up months or years of accounts receivable, building systems from the ground up, or helping a business owner finally feel back in control, the impact is both immediate and lasting. Just as meaningful are the relationships we build along the way, becoming a trusted partner as our clients grow.
Anything else you’d like to share?
In addition to Flow Billing Solutions, I recently launched Flow Advocacy, an extension of this work that focuses on supporting individuals and families navigating long-term care, aging decisions, and insurance benefits.
Flow Advocacy was born out of frustration.
Frustration from having to make real trade-offs between my career, my finances, and my heart while supporting my own mother and grandparents through a system designed to balance quality care with profitability. Frustration from decades in long-term care and in-home care, where there were moments I felt powerless to give clients the level of support and advocacy they truly deserved. Frustration from witnessing, time and time again, families struggling to keep both their emotional footing and financial stability while navigating a system that is often complex, overwhelming, and difficult to understand.
Learning how to fight those challenges took years. What once felt overwhelming has now become a proven playbook, one that allows me to support others with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
With more than two decades of experience across the health care spectrum, my focus has always been the same: preserving dignity and respect for individuals and families at every stage of life.
Together, Flow Billing Solutions and Flow Advocacy reflect a shared mission: making complex systems easier to navigate, whether for businesses or for families, and ensuring that no one has to do it alone.
