In the spirit of Mrs. Doubtfire, the Hult Center for the Performing Arts will host “Help is on the Way, Dear! – A Hult Center Giving Drive” from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. November 15th.

The one-day event makes it convenient and easy for community members to give back – no parking, no hassle, just heartfelt generosity. Contributors can drive through the Hult Center’s two pass-through lanes, which are located between Olive and Oak Street on both Sixth and Seventh Avenue. Hult Center staff and volunteers will collect donations, greet participants and enter each donor into a drawing to win two tickets to “Mrs. Doubtfire,” playing at the Hult Center Nov. 21-23.

The giving drive will support three local nonprofit organizations in their efforts to serve Lane County families during the holiday season and reflect the Hult Center’s ongoing commitment to community partnership and connection. Community members are invited to drop off nonperishable food items for Food for Lane County, cold-weather clothing and blankets for Catholic Community Services and new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots.
