Willamalane’s Annual Egg Hunt Event Offers Inclusive and Adaptive Options for All Ages

Get ready to have an egg-cellent time at Willamalane’s MEGGA Hunt on April 8 at Lively Park! Willamalane’s annual MEGGA Hunt will take place on Saturday, April 8, 2023, and is open to all ages and abilities. The event will feature a variety of egg hunts, hands-on activities, balloon animals, train rides, photo booths, music, and community exhibitors.

The event will feature a Competitive Hunt for children aged 2 and older, a Toddler Hunt for children ages one and younger, an Inclusive, Non-Competitive Hunt for all ages, an Adaptive Non-Competitive Hunt for all ages, and a Family Adventure Hunt for all ages. Each hunt offers a unique experience for participants.

Registration for the MEGGA Hunt is open now. It costs $6 in-district or $8 out-of-district for children aged two and older for pre-registration. Day-of admission is $8. 

Families can also reserve spots in a Family Adventure Hunt, which requires pre-registration and costs $20 in-district or $22 out-of-district. Limited spots are available, and advance registration is required.

Concessions, including Dawn’s Most Wanted Espresso, hot drinks, and snacks, will be available at the event. In addition to the general admission, attendees can purchase the MEGGA Backyard Kit for $20, which includes 50 eggs and other surprises to keep families busy all weekend.
