Local Favorites Headline at Willamalane’s Concerts in the Park

Concerts are free with a food donation July 30 – August 14

Every summer, favorite Eugene-Springfield bands perform live at Willamalane’s Concerts in the Park series at Island Park. This summer, shows will be on Thursday and Friday evenings, July 30 – August 14. Each show features a different band, with a variety of musical styles throughout the series.  

The show schedule is as follows:

July 30: Code Red, a high-energy cover band 
July 31: Skeletons from the Closet, a Grateful Dead tribute band
August 6: EastSide AllStars, self-described as Lane County’s favorite dance band
August 7: Outlaw ‘Shine, a country and southern rock band
August 13: The Honey Brown Band, a top 40 cover band  
August 14: The Sugar Beets, a rock and funk band

Admission is $5 per person or free with two non-perishable food donations. The gates open at 5:30pm, and concerts begin at 6:00pm. Beer and wine will be available for purchase, along with food from local carts. 

The Concerts in the Park series is presented by Peak Community Credit Union, Lookout Eugene-Springfield, and NW Natural. For a complete list of concerts, food trucks, and other details, visit the Concerts in the Park page.

This summer, there will also be four free performances at Island Park on select Wednesday evenings. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy music from community bands. Admission is free.

July 22: Oregon Tuba Ensemble
July 29: Leo’s Jammers
August 5: One More Time Marching Band
August 12: Springfield Community Concert Band
