Amber Kelel has been named Chief Strategy Officer
Amber’s leadership has been integral to Systems West’s business development and organizational evolution. In her new role, she will lead strategic planning efforts and oversee initiatives aimed at strengthening resilience, growth, and long-term impact. Her cross-functional role focuses on integrating Systems West’s mission, vision, and values into decision-making across all levels of the organization.
Kelel has been an active member of the Springfield community for years and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. She was selected for the Chamber’s Emerging Leader award in 2023. Her promotion reflects not only her leadership within Systems West, but also her continued investment in the Springfield community.
Brian Barks, PE, CCP, BCxA has been promoted to Director of Industry Relations
Known for his client-first approach and collaborative mindset, Brian will lead efforts to deepen external partnerships, elevate Systems West’s industry presence, and drive engagement through key initiatives. His ability to connect strategy, execution, and technical expertise positions him as a valuable voice both internally and across the AEC industry.
Andrew Reyes, CCP has been promoted to Commissioning Project Manager
Andrew brings deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to every commissioning project. In this new role, he will be responsible for overseeing commissioning delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring consistent quality and innovation in the firm’s field operations. His leadership will help ensure Systems West continues to set the standard for high quality commissioning services.
