Business After Hours Brings Holiday Fun and Festivities
On Tuesday, December 10th, over 100 business folk and community members gathered at the welcoming Valley River Inn, for our festive filled Business After Hours.
Business After Hours is one of the premier Springfield Chamber of Commerce events that travels around the community, giving our local businesses a chance to network with one another while enjoying some delicious food and beverage, and wonderful company!
Valley River Inn was the host for our last Business After Hours of 2019, and they did not disappoint. Not only did the Valley River Inn employees have everyone in awe from their holiday attire, their impeccable customer service and sense of hosting had all in attendance feeling right at home. Valley River has been a local institution since 1973, and offers 257 spacious rooms and suites, 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and an exquisite restaurant, all located along the beautiful Willamette River.
We would also like to thank the number of impressive local businesses that hosted tables at this event including: Costco Wholesale, Kaiser Permanente Health Care, Kitchen Tune-Up Eugene, OR, Nova Health, and Patient Care Advisors-A Division of Senior Resource Advisors, Inc.
While feasting on the delicious food offered by Valley River Inn’s own restaurant, Sweetwaters On The River, attendees were able to make business connections, share holiday stories, and witness the entertaining ugly sweater contest.
From the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, we would like to thank all who came out to this event for playing a part in making it terrific, and invite everyone to attend our first Business After Hours in the new year, on March 12th.
