On Friday, September 24th, 2021 the Springfield Chamber hosted a successful LunchVox LIVE- World of Work: From Endings to New Beginnings & Everything in Between, the third in our quarterly series. Deborah Mersino, principal consultant of Mersino Consulting, LLC, shared her expertise on business leadership consulting and productivity methods. Topics discussed were on “languishing” and how it is impacting you and your employees, keys to successful transitions, disciplines of organizational health and their role in your organization’s success, and productivity tools and tips for finding more joy and less frustration at work.
