Willamalane Seeks Input for Comprehensive Plan

An online survey is open to the public now

Willamalane Park and Recreation District is seeking input for its 20-year Comprehensive Plan through a new online survey. The survey is available now atwillamalane.org/future in English and Spanish.

With this online survey, community members can share what they want to see from Willamalane parks, recreation programs, facilities, community services, events, and more. “While this survey is easy to take, the feedback we receive from our community will be used to shape the future of our park and recreation district for years to come. Our community’s feedback is an essential part of developing this unique 20-year plan,” said Michael Wargo, Executive Director at Willamalane.

The survey is available at willamalane.org/future until mid-September. It is available on desktop and mobile devices.

About the Comprehensive Plan:

Willamalane’s Comprehensive Plan is updated every 10 years, providing a 20-year vision and a prioritized project list to guide Willamalane’s future. During the project, community members are invited to participate and provide feedback on Willamalane’s parks, recreation programs, facilities, community services, and events. Community members can join focus groups, come to town hall events, take surveys, and send in their ideas. Willamalane will accept feedback for this project throughout 2022, and the updated Comprehensive Plan will be finalized in 2023.
