The list of top nonprofits to work for highlights organizations with best workplace practices based on surveys sent to employees. During the survey, employees rate their satisfaction on five features in the workplace: work environment, management and communications; mission and goals; career development and learning; and benefits and compensation.
Additionally, nonprofits are scored based on employee benefits and how many employees participated in the survey.
