LTD 2021 Winter Service Adjustments

EUGENE, Ore. —Jan. 7, 2021— Lane Transit District (LTD) has announced service adjustments to 12 bus routes and EmX based on ridership and operating efficiency. The service changes will take effect on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021.

LTD typically reviews service schedules three times per year to determine how best to deploy its fleet to serve the community. Passengers with questions about the upcoming schedule adjustments or have other questions about LTD services, can contact a customer service representative by phone at 541-687-5555 or 800-248-3861 (7-1-1 TTY), Mon – Fri, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., except for holidays. On January 11, LTD will reopen the customer service center at the Eugene Station from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (waiting area will remain closed at this time.)

Schedule changes going into effect on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021, will be made to the following bus routes and EmX:

EmX – Weekday

• Timepoint adjustment to extend 6:00 a.m. trip from Bay T at Eugene Station to start at 5:37 a.m. from Commerce Station.

Route 12 – Gateway – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. Timepoint adjustments have been made on the following trips: 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m.

Route 13 – Centennial – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. Timepoint adjustments have been made on the following trips: 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 7:30 p.m.

Route 13 – Centennial – Saturday

• The following trips were added: 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route 24 – Donald – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.

Route 24 – Donald – Saturday

• The following trip was added: 4:00 p.m.

Route 36 – W 18th – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.

Route 40 – Echo Hollow – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 7:50 a.m., 8:50 a.m., 9:50 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.

Route 41 – Barger/Commerce – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 7:00 a.m., 7:45 a.m., 8:15 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:45 p.m., 1:15 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 3:45 p.m., 4:15 p.m., 4:45 p.m., and 5:15 p.m.

Route 41 – Barger/Commerce – Saturday

• The following trips were added: 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Route 51 – Santa Clara – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 8:50 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.

Route 52 – Irving – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 8:10 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 12:45 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 4:45 p.m., and 5:45 p.m.

Route 66 – VRC/Coburg – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. The 5:00 p.m. timepoints have been adjusted.

Route 66 – VRC/Coburg – Saturday

• The following trips were added: 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.

Route 67 – Coburg/VRC – Weekday

• The following trips were added: 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.Timepoints have been adjusted on the 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. trips.

Route 67 – Coburg/VRC – Saturday

• The following trips were added: 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.

Route 91 – McKenzie Bridge – Weekday**

• The 6:20 a.m. trip has been changed to depart at 7:20 a.m. Timepoint adjustments have been made along the route.
• **NOTE: The 91 McKenzie Bridge is NOT currently operating due to health and safety issues resulting from the Holiday Farm Wildfire. LTD staff are working to identify opportunities to resume service safely as soon as possible. Check the LTD website for updates.

Route 98 – Cottage Grove – Weekday

• The following trips have been added: 5:28 a.m. departing from Village Shopping Center and 10:00 a.m. from Eugene Station.

33 – Jefferson; 55 – North Park; 78 – UO/Seneca/Warren:

• Service on these routes has been suspended as a response to COVID-19 service priorities. LTD expects limited levels of service will be added in late spring.

During the COVD-19 pandemic, LTD is continuing to require passengers to, Don’t Invite COVID: Follow the Four—wear a mask, social distance, wash hands frequently, and avoid large gatherings.
