EUGENE, OR — The Board of Directors of Chambers Construction, a leading Pacific Northwest general contractor based in Eugene, Oregon, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Bakke as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Bakke, who has been the company’s President since 2016 and with the company for 28 years, succeeds David Hilles who served as CEO since 2016. Bakke will now carry both titles as CEO/President of Chambers Construction.

“Dave’s leadership and care around the company and the community makes this an easy decision. I see Dave continuing to steer the company in a positive direction and am happy to make this announcement,” said Hilles.

The change comes at a good time for Chambers Construction as the leadership team is focused on plans for the company’s future and how they continue building the projects that are important in peoples’ lives.

Says Dave Bakke, “The economy is going to bounce back and when it does, we want to be ready. The steps we are taking today poise Chambers Construction for future success.”
