Bicoastal Media, parent company to local radio stations KPNW 1120, KOOL 99.1, 104.7 KDUK and US 101 Country, traditionally uses its’ May radio auction to raise money to benefit the Southern Willamette Valley Honor Flight, a wonderful non-profit that sends WWII and Korean War Veterans to Washington DC to visit the WWII Memorial and other museums.

This spring, with the impact of Covid-19 on travel, the decision was made to shift the donation of the revenue raised in the upcoming June 13th auction to benefit the local 4H & FFA Programs. The goal is to offer financial support to our local youth heavily impacted by the cancellation of local and regional fairs, after dedicating long hours, energy and money into their livestock. We are thrilled to announce that Northwest Community Credit Union will be our donation sponsor and will match direct donation dollars from our auction with a ceiling to be determined.

The Radio Auction allows the community to buy goods and services from participating local business at a reduced cost, while the businesses who provide their goods and services get an equal investment in radio advertising.

Radio Auction is June 13th from 9AM to 1PM and will be broadcasted
on 1120AM, 93.7FM, KPNW, and 99.1 KOOLFM.

There will be an opportunity to bid on items and save big on products from local businesses like restaurants, HVAC, sporting goods, entertainment, and more! A portion of the proceeds from this auction will be donated to 4H and FFA to help raise funds for their project animals, as their auction has been cancelled.

For information on how you can be a part of this auction as a consumer, as well as the many benefits of participating as a business owner, please contact Jeff Gaulton at Bicoastal Media (541)284-3662.
