We recently got to do a digital interview with Joseph Gallegos, the General Manager of one of our newest members, Caliber Collision in Springfield. We asked how them about setting up shop in Springfield and learn more about how this nationally recognized brand is making a real, local impact. Check it out!

What is the Heart of Caliber Collision?

The heart of Caliber is our teammates and culture. We are driven to restore the rhythm of the lives of the customers and communities we serve. 

What Does Caliber Collision Do Best?  

At Caliber we know how disruptive it is to our customers’ lives when a collision happens. We excel at getting their vehicles repaired and returned in a timely manner with the knowledge that we stand behind our work for as long as they own that vehicle.

What are you excited to find out about the Springfield Area?

I’ve lived in the Willamette Valley 20 years after growing up in eastern Oregon but have not had much opportunity to explore the Springfield/Eugene area.  I appreciate the small town feel and  my family and I are looking forward to getting to know the area better.

What makes Caliber Collision different in the auto repair industry? Why has the company been so successful?

Caliber Collision is one of the strongest brands in the collision repair industry because of our core values. We have highly trained teammates, we deliver consistent results, and we provide a positive customer experience by always doing the right thing even when no one is looking.   

What kind of impact would you like to make here in the community?

Caliber Collision has a long history of community involvement. We have several programs for giving back to the community including a food drive for children that helps provide food through the summer, Recycled Rides that helps families in need with acquiring transportation, and Changing Lanes that helps military service members transition into a career in auto body. In addition, I’m excited to learn more about and get involved with the high school collision program in Springfield.

Can you tell me more about what “commitment” means to Caliber?

At Caliber Collision commitment means delivering a vehicle that exceeds our customer’s expectations and delivering on our mission which is Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life”.
