Katherine Moyer Becomes Partner With Hershner Hunter, LLP

Katherine Moyer has become a partner with Hershner Hunter, LLP.  Katherine joined the firm in 2017, after practicing at both large firms in Indianapolis and Portland and a small law firm she co-founded in Eugene.  Katherine focuses her practice on business transactions and securities law.  She regularly advises early-stage companies engaged in private placements, and she represents both early-stage and mature businesses in a wide range of commercial transactions, including opportunity zone investments.
